Shipping policy

Orders are generally shipped within 10 days using your selected Shipping provider. We cannot be responsible for delays from the shipping carrier but will work with them to ensure delivery. If a package is lost in transit we will remake it for you and ship at no charge to you, after a successful insurance claim is completed with the carrier.
